Spiral heat exchanger

   The spiral heat exchanger is a kind of high efficiency heat exchanging equipment suitable for steam-steam, steam-liquid and liquid-liquid heat exchange. It suits for industries of chemistry, petroleum, solvent, pharmacy, food, light industry, textile, metallurgy, rolled steel and coking etc. According to structure form, it can be divided into non-removable (Type I) spiral plate and removable (Type II and Type III) spiral plate heat exchanger (0.5-100m2).

Structure and performance
1. The equipment is rolled with two sheet forming two even spiral passes. Two kinds of heat transfer medium can have counter-current flow which enhances heat exchange effect. The two small temperature-difference mediums can also achieve ideal heat exchange effect.
2. The adaptor on shell adopts tangential structure with small partial resistance. For the curvature of spiral pass is even, the flow of liquid in the equipment has no big diversion, the total resistance is small, so we can increase design flow speed to make it have higher heat transfer capability.
