Stainless steel reaction
pot
The stainless steel
reaction pot (electric, steam and
heat-conducting oil) consists of pot cover,
shell, jacket, agitator, drive device of
shaft seal and bearing. The pot body and
parts contacting with materials in pot are
all made of 0Cr18Ni9 or 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless
acid-resisting steel. The design,
manufacture and acceptance refer to
technical conditions and requirements of
GB150¡ª89 Steel Pressure Vessel.
According to different production process and operation
conditions of customer, the jacket heating
type is divided into electrical bar heating,
steam heating and heat-conducting oil
circulation heating; the shaft device is
divided into packing seal and mechanical
seal; the agitating type are anchor type,
paddle type, worm-geared type, propelling
type or frame type. The vent quantity and
specification or other requirements can be
designed and manufactured according to
customer¡¯s requirements. |
