Seeding tank and
fermentation tank series
The fermentation equipment is a kind of
reaction equipment widely applied for growth
of microorganisms. In the fermentation tank,
various microorganisms grow in proper
environment and metabolize and form
fermentation products. The fermentation
equipment is widely applied in industries of
pharmacy, gourmet, enzyme preparation and
food.
The shape of fermentation tank can be divided
into two kinds: one is cone for anaerobic
fermentation (such as alcoholic
fermentation), the other is for aerobic
fermentation (such as standard, and
self-feeding). The series drawing data for
fermentation tank we have designed belongs
to standard tank. When designing
fermentation equipment with various
specifications, we ensure tight structure
have enough strength and service life; we
try to realize less attachments inside the
equipment so as to ensure smooth surface.
During the process, we concerned that good
mixed performance of contact and can make
medium transfer and gas exchange
effectively. With enough heat exchanging
area, the fermentation can conduct under
most proper temperature. We pay more
attention to sealing performance of
equipment so as to ensure sterilization
operation.
The fermentation tank designed by us is standard tank.
This kind of tank will adopt jacket when the
volume is below 6M3. The cooling and heating
of fermentation gas are completed with
jacket. When the nominal volume is above
6M3, the cooking of fermentation gas is be
charged by vertical rake. We have made
improvement for connection of rake inside
tank which can avoid dead angle for more
open on the tank body. This kind of
continuous mode has achieved satisfactory
effect in practical application.
The baffle set inside tank is used to increase
agitating efficiency. The row of baffle
inside tank directly influences the
agitating status of fermentation steam so
that it is very important to mount baffle in
the tank. According to relative data on
change of number of equipped baffle and
change of blade width, adoption of four or
six baffles in the tank and baffle width
from 1/12 to 1/10 blade is most ideal for
improvement of agitating efficiency. |
The agitator is main device in fermentation
equipment. With agitating steam, the fresh
medium composition, air and mycelium can be
mixed fully to achieve quantity of mass
transfer and heat transfer effect. At
present, there are three basic shapes of
agitator: flat blade (straight blade),
curved blade and arrow blade. The equipment
we provide adopt curved blade. This kind of
curved worm gear agitator has shearing
action on fermentation steam. In comparison
with existing straight blade worm gear
agitator, under condition of same diameter,
rotation speed and blade width, the curved
agitator consumes minor power but the effect
is very good, it has been applied generally
currently at home.
On respect of motor configuration, we adopt Y-type motor
(horizontal) and YJL-type (vertical). For
nominal volume below 15M3, vertical motor is
often applied. In the meanwhile horizontal
motor can also be applied. The adaptor on
tank surface is very important for
fermentation tank. According to our
experiences over many years, the adaptor
direction we designed is comparatively
reasonable and the worker can operate very
easily. The adaptor size has been
calculated. For other detailed requirement
of customer, it can be changed upon
consultation. For special specification, we
can design separately. |
