Gas producer series
General description
The fuel currently applied in industry main is solid fuel,
liquid fuel and gas fuel. From view of
international tendency, the application of
gas fuel is becoming wider.
The gas fuel is generally called gas. It can be divided into
natural gas and manufactured gas according
to production mode.
The natural gas includes gas well as, mine gas, and oil field
gas produced from underground via drilling
as well as natural marsh gas. The
manufactured gas mainly includes coal gas,
prouder gas and LPG.
The product of producer also belongs to a
kind of heat processing process of solid
fuel (coal or coke) through vaporization,
that is, through oxygen or oxygen compound
(steam or CO2) crossing solid fuel layer
(coal or coke) with high temperature, in
which the organic substance (air and steam)
with oxidizing action is called gas agent,
produce mixed gas of hydrogen and CO which
is called gas. It is divided into following
three kinds according to gas agent:
1. air gas: take air as gas agent
2. water gas: take steam as gas agent
3. mixed gas: take air and steam as gas
agent
The composition of above three kinds of gas:

Our producer is gas
producer taking air and steam as gas agent.
By taking advantage of reasonable
gasification principle, simple equipment,
low investment, easy and safe operation, and
simple operation and maintenance as well as
convenient control, it is more suitable for
medium and small scale factory.
It can provide gas fuel for metal heating treatment furnace,
ceramics kiln, aluminum melting furnace,
copper refinery furnace, calcining furnace,
forging furnace, metal products heating
furnace, hot-dip galvanizing furnace, and
drying furnace and industries of glass,
chemistry, ceramics and cable etc. |
